100% Discount on Product and Shipping Not Usable

Hello,
I would like to give for free a product and not charge a user who is testing my products for shipping. If I create a 100% discount coupon and a free delivery shipment method, all my users will see an option to choose between a free shipping and a flat rate on the cart view page. Of course, I can’t allow users to choose the payment for the shipping.
How can I offer 100% discount on product and free shipping for a single user without enabling all my users to choose free shipping?

By default, it’s not possible to hide all shipping options except free shipping if a customer is using a 100% discount coupon. Perhaps you could contact one of our recommended WooExperts to see if they can help assist you with something like this.
