There is rule that says that they have to support the plugin at all. And sadly, they do not but I am willing to help where I can.

I keep not understanding why they say one thing at their info and not replying at all…
I do have my old website https://deviajeconinmasoucase.com/ created using https://just3minutes.files.wordpress.com). I have had premmium account but in 2 days it will be off….
Now i have http://www.deviajeconinmasoucase.es/ and the pics from some entries like NY, Berlin, norwegian fiords and maiko-samurai are not working, and i cannot change it (the others it seems are ok )
so i wanted them to do the backup and restore correctly. But they haven’t reply and i think they will never do it…
