# 10-15 Second Posting Time

 * Hi. Thanks for the great plugin. I have a problem where any comment takes 10-
   15 seconds to post. The lines animate in the top right corner, but it takes forever
   to actually post. I can’t post a link here because it’s still a demo site and
   it is password protected. 
   I have tried to make an account on the support forum,
   but the verification emails never come through so I can’t activate the account.
 * Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction for support. I can provide
   link and password privately.
