1 time translate

    I have a site in English, client wants to make a copy of the site and translate to Portuguese. So it only needs to be translated once, as the english version will not be required again after this, so the translated text needs to replace the english text.

    Will this plugin do that?

    No, you need a different solution and I do not know if it exists. I believe you need to do it manually.
