Hi,
when activating the add-on WCfM-Membership, all sellers of all levels have 0 products
– Possibly you have enabled “Pay for Product” module, please check under WCFM Membership settings. Now, there has an option to set default product limit, you have set that “No Limit 0”. Change that to “As per Capability”, issue will resolve for you.

Now create one group for each membership and set capabilities for those groups.
