Overall, WCPOS has been a great experience! The setup was really simple and quick and also straightforward and I was surprised to see that German is almost fully supported. The interface is modern, clean, and the menus are very intuitive, making it easy to get started. Not thousands of under-menus and searching what you need

I ran into an issue with my Epson TM receipt printer, but the developer helped me personally on Discord. Together we tracked down a previously known bug, then debugged it and the fix even improved the plugin for everyone. It’s rare to see this level of support from a developer. I’d recommend starting with the free version first. If you have questions or run into problems, don’t hesitate to ask the developer. Just be patient and friendly as you always would be.
