• I would like to ask if is it possible to have the same blog on 2 different wp installations.
I have a blog on my server, but due to lack of visitors i would like to open one on a public blog service (the most popular in my country). Both of them (my blog, the service im talking about) are WPs.

I was thinking if there is a plugin or smth. that would check if there are any new posts in original installation and would automatically copy every post & comment to the second installation, or if it can be solved in any other way.
The change of config file is possible only on my installation.

    thankyou very much

  • Do you have access to the scripts? Is it possible to upload your own scripts?

By the way, why do you want to have two blogs. It is easier to link from your own site to your new blog (or integrate as frame?)

well, I think I could have acess to scripts and upload my own.

I thought about that idea, but I would still want to use my old one as a primary.

If you want posting in both blogs that would be very difficult.

If you just want to mirror the one database that would be a little easier.

    1) Keep track of the changes in the database.
    2) Move the data to the other server (encrypted) and
    3) update the second database.

Another possibility is to send every new post, page… to the second server.

    Both possibilities require php-skills.

Yes, thats what im asking. Is there a plugin that does that?
    Would rss help?
