Could you specify exactly what stopped working please and whether you received any errors anywhere? For example is the summarybox still shown in the front end or not at all?
If the summarybox is not shown at all in the frontend could you then please double check that the “show summary” setting under form settings is still turned on please?

The issue appears to be a plugin conflict with something else we were running on the demo site. Everything is working correctly now.
One suggestion I have is to include the “Shipping” form item in the summary. The total updates when a shipping option is selected, but the shipping item itself is not shown.

Hi Nathan, I am happy to inform you that support for shipping fields has been added. Since v1.0.7 every shipping type is supported!
