Don’t need to change them, just visit the page and let the permalinks refresh. - Edit a post type or taxonomy and just hit “Edit” without changing settings. I had do downgrade then refresh permalinks. I am not exactly sure what is going. I also use Custom Post Type Permalinks and I thought that was the issue but apparently not. When I went to show them how to add a new post (based on a custom post type), I realized the display of the post was broken on the front end! D’oh! I had JUST updated to 0.9.0. I was in the same situation as Mattaton. I don’t use taxonomies with the two sites that had the issue.
