 * Timm,
 * First problem after upgrade, animation disappeared. Because the site’s live,
   it’s a header animation and I needed a quick fix, I uninstalled it and reverted
   back to 0.5.
 * Second problem – 0.6 seems to have lingering code that has made a layout change
   that’s affecting my header css, I can’t edit. I did uninstall 0.6, but it altered
   something I can’t edit now.
 * Right above my <div id=”Stage_header-2_1″, it has placed a set of paragraph tags(
   <p></p>)that can be seen in FF Inspector, but they are not visible in my header
   file which I could edit.
 * What’s the fix for this strange one?

 * Hey Barry,
 * yesterday some spotted an incompatibility bug with EA 2 that no one experienced
   before. I fixed the bug yesterday and updated version 0.6, but without pumping
   up the version number. I’ve also removed the additional p wrapper around the
   stage. It’s all in the latest dev version of the plugin. You need to manually
   download the plugin and upload it to the server. That should hopefully fix all
   problems.
 * If you uploaded compositions with version 0.6 and go back to 0.5 then you will
   run most likely into problems. If you didn’t upload anything through 0.6 then
   you should be able to go back to 0.5 without a problem. Just clear the browser
   cache.
 * Let me know if this works for you, then I would push the removal of the p tag
   onto the 0.6 version.

 * Thanks for a quick response Timm. I just manually downloaded the new fixed 0.6
   version to a local folder. Are you saying that to upgrade, I should (not) click
   on the automatic update inside the plugins section?
 * Should I uninstall the 0.5 version or deactivate it first? What’s the exact procedure
   I should follow? Confused here…

 * If you have the 0.5 version on there now then using the click update in the plugin
   section should get the updated 0.6 version, which has the fix to make your composition
   show up.
 * Maybe you try that first.
 * If you then want to get rid of the additional p tag, then download the latest
   dev version [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/edge-suite.zip](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/edge-suite.zip)
   and replace the edge_suite directory via ftp.
 * There are no database changes involved in the update, so you can just replace
   files.

 * Wow! Thanks Timm, it worked without any problems after following your recommended
   fix. Back to normal now without the p tags!
 * Thanks bro,

 * Glad it worked! Not even sure how or why the p tag made it in. Marking as resolved.
