 * I was experimenting with various settings for manual asset optimization and then
   it just quit finding files “0 assets found!” even after resetting or deactivating
   the feature.
 * How do I get it to find assets again?

 * Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
 * Do you have any objecting cache on your hosting?
 * If so, can you try to clear the object caching and check if the issue is gone?

 * This has cleared up all by itself overnight. Probably just had to wait out some
   background processing.
