[resolved] -webkit-text-stroke setting (9 posts)

I changed the quicksand font as I had issues with it, but in order to get rid of the -webkit-text-stroke I put the setting to .0px. It seems to work, but I wonder if there's another, better way.

    Is it a hack?

I'm not quite sure what that means. I copied the code

-webkit-text-stroke: .35px; /* Hack to fix thin text in Windows */

from the Spun style.css to my child theme file and changed it to

-webkit-text-stroke: .0px; /* Hack to fix thin text in Windows */

because when I changed the font it just looked stange. Is there a better way to do it?

Sorry, to cancel out the -webkit-text-stroke:. I've never encountered that code before.

Yes what you're doing is correct.
