“����rG�(�LF” signs in my page

After installing and uninstalling (& erase) the wpForo plugin, is impossible to read the pages of my site in some browser. In Firefox and Safari it shows strange signs, like this:
����rG�(�LF�(Aa�w7�7�”g4��� [���=kBV � �The problem is resolved by “reloading the page” function. There are not problem in Chrome.
Any ideas?
