メール送信の不具合

    本来は send_email を設定しているフォームのメールが送信されるはずですが、send_email を設定していないファーストステップのフォームのメール（これは開発中に設定していたテスト用のメールです）が送信される不具合が発生しました。
    現在までに20件ほどフォームが送信されていますが、そのうち上記の不具合が発生したのは1件のみです。
    考えられる原因はありますでしょうか。

    Hi,

    Are the entered values being passed onto the next form ok? It sounds like the multistep plugin isn’t able to run properly. One possible problem could be that ajax isn’t working. Please check if your form is using ajax: https://contactform7.com/why-isnt-my-ajax-contact-form-working-correctly/

    Or if you have other CF7 plugins running, try deactivating them and see if it helps.

    ご返信ありがとうございます。
    検証したところ、ブラウザの設定でJavaScriptが無効になっている場合に同様の問題（ファーストステップからセカンドステップに移動しようとした際にメールが送信されてしまう）が発生します。
    解決方法はありますか？

    Unfortunately, if Javascript is not enabled, the form will not be able to do ajax submissions and this plugin will not run correctly.

    I’m not sure if it translated properly, so I’m responding again.

    There is no solution when Javascript is disabled. The plugin requires Javascript.
