⚠ Waiting for a Response For 3 Weeks ⚠

We’ve been having a problem with showing the email for a vendor on their store page. The ‘hide email from store’ is checked, so we uncheck it and save it. Upon reloading the page, the ‘hide email from store’ is checked again …….. this issue is only happening for one vendor.
For whatever reason, WCFM is not saving when we uncheck ‘hide email from store’.
We’ve been waiting for a response from WCFM for 3 weeks and yes we are paying customers. The customer service is horrendous.
