“Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded..”

    I received this message “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded..” when I enter the site for the very first time: http://www.mooncharmcattery.com.
    If I reload it, it works fine and I am able to navigate, publish or update without problem.

    Sometimes the error is referred to a pluguin (contact form), but not always happens.
    Any hints?
