What theme are you using? Can you post a link to your site and can you point out which menu you’re referring to? Have you checked to see if there is a menu assigned at Dashboard > Appearance > Menus?

I don’t recognize your theme by sight and I can’t find any identifying information either. Does your client know what theme they are using and who designed it? Are there any theme options in your Dashboard that might affect that section?
да настройка активной темы есть. Открываю меню для редактирования есть 1 тор меню и 4 футер меню здесь все работает и редактируется. Нет доступа к тому меню что слева – Наши услуги
