    Здравствуйте!
    Хочу настроить почту с sendpulse. Проходу по шагам. На 3-м ошибка. Подскажите, что я делаю не так!!!!
    Вылазит это окно:

    Hi,

    it looks like your site failed to install the WPForms plugin in the 3rd step of the Setup Wizard.

    In the 3rd step, there is a checbox item “Smart Contact Form” which if enabled will install the WPForms plugin (plugin for creating smart contact forms). In your case, the plugin installation failed with the error message you provided.

    If you are still having issues with this step and the plugin is not installing for you, please try to uncheck the “Smart Contact Form” checkbox item and go to the next step.

    Благодарю Вас! Галочку сняла, не отправляет тестовое письмо, что-то неправильно настроила. я хочу привязать sendpulse через Other SMTP, возможно ли это? Если да, проведите, пожалуйста, меня по настройке!
    Выдает ошибку на 6 шаге:
    Упс, похоже, что-то неправильно настроено.
    Мы просто попытались отправить тестовое электронное письмо, но что-то помешало этому. Чтобы получить более подробную информацию об обнаруженной проблеме, а также наши предложения по ее устранению, начните устранение неполадок.

    Hi,

    you should click on the “start troubleshooting” button or go to the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Test tab and send a test email.

    You will get more information about the issue that was detected during the Setup Wizard.

    Let us know what the results of the Email Test are.

    please send another Email Test and then click on this link marked in this screenshot. A debug log will be displayed once you click on that link.

    Copy and paste the debug log here, so we can see what is causing the issue.

    Hi @kleo23,

    it looks like the SMTP Username and SMTP Password are not correct.

    That’s why you get the “SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.” error.

    The SMTP server rejects your request when the username and password are verified on the SMTP server. In these steps:

    Sendinblue я быстро настроила, все нормально, но мне нужен sendpulse….

    Hi @kleo23,

    I’m not familiar with sendpulse, so it would be best if you contact their support and ask them for the SMTP information needed to send transactional emails.

    As for the username and password… well you probably have an account with the sendpulse service, right? Did you try to use those in the SMTP Username and SMTP password fields in our plugin?

    I also found this sendpulse documentation page that has some info about their SMTP, maybe it can help you? https://sendpulse.com/knowledge-base/smtp/smtp-sendpulse-phpmailer

    Maybe you can try to set the Encryption in our plugin to SSL and the Port to 465?

    Благодарю, попробую. Спасибо за терпение! Я уже вставляла данные оттуда.
    Поменяю порт и шифрование, может поможет.
