According to Google Translate, the complaint is that UpdraftPlus puts the plugins, uploads and themes into separate zip archives, instead of everything into just one zip archive.
This is a deliberate design decision, not a bug. There are pluses and minuses either way. In most WP sites, the overwhelming majority of the data is in the media library, i.e. the uploads. This can get very large. If you find that you made a bad theme or plugin update, then to download your entire media library from remote storage (Dropbox, Amazon, wherever), and then unzip it, just in order to roll back your plugins, leads to very poor performance… and the bigger your site is, the worse the performance. Of course, there’s a certain neatness about having everything in one zip but, as I say, it has trade-offs.
