Не работает импорт таблиц

    Добрый день.
    Не могу импортировать ни один формат таблицы. Пробовал в форматах xlsx, xls, csv, html – ни один не загрузился. Всегда выходит одна и та же ошибка: “источник для импорта имеет неправильный формат или не доступен”. Также делал таблицу из 10 строк и 3 столбцов – тоже не загрузилась. Такое ощущение, что где-то стоит блок на загрузку впринципе. Подскажите пожалуйста, в чем может быть дело? Как еще проверить, почему вообще не загружаются таблицы?

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
    Unfortunately, I don’t speak Russian, so that I used Google Translate to understand this, and will reply in English. I hope that’s ok.

    This sounds as if something with the database or the server is maybe broken, or that something is interfering. Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

    Я тоже через Google Translate с вами общаюсь:).
    Попробовал отключить все плагины и сменить тему. Не помогло. Фаил csv не загрузил.

    Вышла та же ошибка: источник для импорта имеет неправильный формат или не доступен.

    Посдкажите куда копать дальше?

    Hi,

    ok, thanks for testing this! Another cause could then be a server configuration problem. For example, a firewall software or “mod_security” for the webserver software might be blocking the upload, or it might be setting wrong file access rights to the uploaded file. This would then mean that TablePress can not read the uploaded file from the server.

    Can you maybe try other import sources, like the URL source? For that, just upload your CSV file to your server and use the URL on the Import screen.

    Загрузил фаил на сервер. Получилось импортировать через “Путь на сервере”. Спасибо огромное за подсказку.
    Буду пока этим вариантом пользоваться, если не найду причину ошибки. Может у вас есть мысли, в каких фаилах или настройках WordPress искать причину ошибки?

    good to hear that this helped!

    Unfortunately, I don’t know of other settings in WordPress that could cause this. This is almost guaranteed a server configuration problem.
