    We use latepoint for 3 small scale private medical practices with 200-400 appointments per month for both in person and online appointments. The plugin has always been great, with barely any footprint on Google PageSpeed Insights. Patients (including the less technically savvy) have always praised the ease of use, and we’ve been comfortable regarding the security of the data.

    The only time we’ve ever had an issue was a conflict with the local payment processor plugin, which got promptly resolved through latepoint support.

    I have only encouraging thoughts to share with anyone still on the fence about buying the plugin. So far, we’ve never had any second thoughts about the purchase.
