固定ページと投稿ページの画面が表示されません。

    IP Location Blockを無効化しますと固定ページと投稿ページの編集が出来ますが、有効かしていると公開されている筈の固定ページと投稿ページが表示されません。（また、その時はプラグインもインストール出来ません。）

    ご教示をお願いします。
