• After the most recent update, my entire course layout broke. I am now seeing PHP preg_match() errors, my custom CSS stopped loading, and the whole design is completely misaligned. This update caused major issues that ruined the usability and appearance of my website.I originally purchased the lifetime licence because I believed this would be a stable, long-term solution for my online academy. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but problems. The MasterStudy theme I tried before was extremely heavy and slowed my site down drastically — overloaded with drag-and-drop widgets and excessive JavaScript that destroys performance. I eventually had to switch to Kadence, which is much lighter, faster, and far more reliable.Their widgets are poorly coded, full of bugs, and completely break responsiveness. The plugin is also very limited if you want to customise anything properly. Each update introduces new issues instead of fixing old ones.Their customer support is painfully slow and unhelpful. I shared my experience in their official Facebook community after the update, and another user commented strongly agreeing and sharing similar issues — their comment was deleted. That says a lot about how they handle criticism and user feedback.You are honestly better off fixing their mistakes yourself or using AI tools to code rather than wasting time with their incompetent support team.I do not recommend this plugin to anyone unless you are highly tech-savvy and ready to repair their bugs on your own. For anyone running a professional website or online academy, this will waste your time and damage your design.In short: bug after bug, slow support, heavy, unstable, and unreliable.
