    I subscribe to the paid version. The software works as advertised and I have always received prompt responses to tickets raised. In fact the support team goes above and beyond the call – recently generating a beta version of one of the plug-ins to support a specific parameter setting change that I needed! They went so far as to install it on my website. I highly recommend the software and the support provided.
