I really like your plugin, but maybe I have wrong plugin settings. I’m currently using version 1.2.8 on the real site, and trying the last version of the plugin 1.3.29 on the test local site. Really cool additions.
Now on a test site I have this problem:
1) I can’t delete empty questions in the admin panel, these empty questions are also displayed on the product page. screenshots below:

which are included in the question groups, and the groups have a parent group http://joxi.ru/VrwKbx8CodDd5r
(brend/model/FAQs) in a tree structure.

I can’t make groups of questions in the form of a tree on the site page. Also, when the page is refreshed, all questions are swapped, that is, each time the page is refreshed, there are always different questions and answers that do not match the cat_id number.

And so, I disabled the theme, replacing it with the default theme of ‘2022’ and disabled the plugins one by one and checked the conflict, but nothing changed.
I read all the topics and see that everything works fine for everyone, so the problem is only with my site.
