Hello @alshoker,
Apologies for this issue and for the late reply.
In case you want to continue using the buttons, and want us to help you troubleshoot this, could you share the URL of the site where this is happening? I’m interested in why the buttons aren’t working on the new server.
Looking forward to your reply,
The ShareThis Technical Support team.
ShareThis (@sharethis),
Hey @alshoker,
That’s awesome! Thanks for the update on this, and no problem!
Feel free to contact us again should anything else happens.
Best,
The ShareThis Technical Support team.
ShareThis (@sharethis),

ShareThis (@sharethis), sorry, there seems to be a problem, it worked yesterday, and this morning it disappeared again somewhere.
I don’t understand why the plugin disappears from the admin panel, although it is displayed as active in the list of plugins: https://skr.sh/sIO7ExtLSqa
Clicking on the settings link opens a page with the phrase “Sorry, you are not allowed to view this page.”: https://skr.sh/sIOfK7QLVdC
We have an OpenLiteSpeed web server installed and a public cache is enabled on the web server. Could there be a problem with your plugin related to this?

Emoticons should be in this place under the news:

Hello @alshoker,
We apologize we couldn’t reply earlier.
The behavior you were describing seems to be related to the roles and permissions on your WordPress site. Perhaps there was a misconfiguration and your role couldn’t manage the plugin’s settings.
We noticed that you are not using the plugin anymore, but in case you want to use it again in the future, we will be happy to continue supporting you.
Regards,
– The ShareThis Technical Support team.
