Editing the Backend editor

    I am staring a review blog and I would like to add stars (so I can easily rate things like 4 stars) and I would also like to create blank templates for book movie and music reviews. I would like to put buttons to create all of these in the tool bar with the bold buttons and stuff.

    Is there a plugin or anything for this, if not how can I do it? Also what is this called, searching for wordpress editor doesn’t help me.
