Can’t publish or save posts

Hey, So i’ve been using version 2.3.2 for a while with no problems, and now I can’t publish or save… I read some other post that have said that this problems resolves in a day, but mine has not worked for a week. when i try to publish or save the page just refreshes. I can edit posts however.

any suggestions as i am completely stuck
