Member Search function

Hi we’re using UltimateMember for a directory of certified yoga instructors. The members are the certified instructors.

We’d like people to be able to search for an instructor in their area, by searching on the member’s Name OR City OR State/Province. Is this possible?

When I added those fields under Member Directory–>Member–Search options, it came up as AND logic, meaning you have to put in Name AND City AND State to conduct a search. What’s the best way to make it so these items are searchable? Also, some teachers may not be in the US, so State/Province would not apply.
