• I just transferred my wordpress site from my local development server to my web host. When I go into into the admin area and click on manage I’m getting this database error:

“Warning: Unexpected character in input: ‘ in /home/sharp65/public_html/blog/wp-admin/edit-post-rows.php on line 84”

I tried re-uploading just the wp-admin folder in ascii mode but it didn’t seem to fix the issue.

I’m also having trouble with the theme editor. When I go to the themes section and click on theme editor it says the requested theme does not exist.

  • I think you are on the right track in reuploading the files.

Try deleting and reuploading files all the WordPress files.
