Cant access my dashboard

Hi!

For some reason Jetpack has blocked access to my dashboard. Why? Last time I signed in I did not do anything.

When I click more, then it takes me to this site : https://jetpack.com/support/security/ And from there I do not find a solution.
What should I do next?
