In actual Booking Calendar Free version its does not possible to change this text in “Settings”.
Only in paid versions possible to set there any text.
I will add this feature to the TODO list for having in some future updates.

What if just to make edit in php file of plugin? Which file I should edit? I am trying to convince someone to use it and possibly buy paid version too, but button SEND is not appealing to me, at least for now.

Hi. I was having the same problem, but as it turns out you can change button text quite easily with css. You can find out how here. Hope this helps.
