My blog thumbnail and excerpt doesn’t showing in whatsapp

Hello everybody,

I noticed my blog link image thumbnail and exceprt doesn’t showing in whatsapp link. Does anybody facing the same problem with me? I once googgled in found the featured image must be less than 300 pixel wide and I did follow the instruction but still it doesn’t appear? Could it because of plugins? Please let me know if there were any solutions for this issue. Thanks.
