incorporation into custom theme

I really like this plugin, ive built my own custom theme that utilises this. http://www.impeccableagency.com/

what i would like to do though is to incorporate it as a required plugin into the theme and put it in the repository. however i cant seem to do this with PHP. obviously you will be credited as the creator.

do you feel this is worth pursuing?

the theme itself is something of a bootstrap design but incorporates some nice functions. I am not totally finished with it yet, there are some things I want to alter. but the general layout and features are there. what is cool is that there are 2 content areas, but these are hard coded- a separate plugin is not needed for this. works great. also the logo is an image fallback system, uses logo if no featured image set, and so on.
