gallery and other feature

    hello. I am creating a membership site and right now I am looking for an individual gallery and calender for my members. for the gallery I want that only admins should be able to uploads images to the users and also there should be a comment field.
    also other users should not be able to see other users calendar.

    the calendar should be an event calendar so the admins can create specefic events to each users.
    I am looking for a free plugin but if I have to pay then it will be that way.
