[Help] Looking for a plugin

I’m running a table top RPG with some friends but we can only meet once every couple of months. Between meetings I wanted to have an online adventure.

Players would go to a page, be presented with a scenario, and have to write out their reaction.

I’m looking for a plugin that would allow people to register accounts, log in, and save responses to their account.

I’m not a programmer, so something where I can drop a text input box on a page and submitting it would save that reply to the player would be ideal.

Anyone know something that could do this?
