Permalink Settings Troubleshoot

I had stuck at “Permalink Settings” on multisite WordPress blog.
While installing or configuring never had mentioned URL or Directory like https://www.example.com/blog/ even had checked twice file system , installing directory, htaccess, Network Setting etc (all possible reason).
Still not able to fix “Why /blog/ directory is hard-coded in my case at Permalink Settings”.
I had two screenshots will able to help you figure out my issue as well. Have a look, please.

Thanks @t-p. That was not so much useful. I had found solution regarding my own question however tried earlier a lot. Writing my own question’s answer here.
If you are using Multisite version, this is by design that way. please see here. but you may be lucky to remove it. I have recently also tested this, it works in some web server, but does not in others.
Follow these steps:
1. go to the network(super) admin dashboard.
2. click ‘All sites’ on Left side and select ‘edit’ the site from list.
3. you will see the main page has four tabs, click on ‘settings’.
4. scroll down a bit, search for ‘Permalink Structure’ and remove ‘/blog’.Now, refresh your pages and see if it works. Thanks to Stack Overflow User bingjie2680
