New plugin does not show up in Plugins Repository

I created a plugin, OpenBook, and uploaded it in June of this year. It is on the WordPress server (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/openbook-book-data/), and I have followed all the instructions for Submission and Promotion (http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_Submission_and_Promotion). Still, I cannot find it when I search the main Plugins Repository (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/).

Is there something else I must do for the plugin to show up in the Repository?
