Great Backup and Support

I was using the free version for a while and was sold on how easy this was to use.
I have a large website and this program downloaded it in 30+ minutes. I then downloaded those files to my external hard drive, the way I prefer instead of on someone else’s hard drive . I checked out some of the files and it looked like everything was there. I have now purchased the Personal license and did have a small problem in my account setup. Chris Simmons came to my rescue and fixed the problem. I had a few back and forth emails with Chris and he always answered in a reasonable time frame.
Reason I switched to the pay version is in case I ever have to restore my site I don’t want to do it manually.
So far I’m very satisfied on how this program works and with the support.
