Awesome Customer Support!

I had problems creating a backup of my large site, and these plugin authors were so good at answering my emails right away and providing me with potential solutions. It took quite a while to fix my issue, but they never stopped looking for a fix. In fact, in the end, the problem was on my hosting site and they gave me ideas of how to solve the problem. Now I am up and running again with their great backup plugin. Thanks guys!
