Permalink problem

So I would say good job because this plugin would be awesome without what follows : It screwed up my permalinks. I spend loads of time trying to understand where the fuck it was coming, and it was from this plugin.

Too bad, cos I really liked the design and again it culd be a really nice plugin without this bug.
