    Hi there –

I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having. Is that the exact error you’re getting? Have you tried uninstalling ad reinstalling the plugin from the repository? It almost sounds like there could be a file missing or corrupted within the ZipArchive directory.

Hi Kat, thanks for your response. I have deleted and re-installed and still get the – Disabled due to missing ZipArchive PHP class.

On the add a new job page, the zip button is grey so I cannot select it and has the above written below it.

Any more ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The site was hacked recently so it could be due to that. I ran the Sucuri – Website Malware and Security Scanner and it has come up clean.

I have also run Theme Authenticity checker and it also came up clean.

So I’m really lost. I need to backup the site before this happens again.

I think the ZipArchive class is actually defined in our plugin, so I’m wondering if the plugin files were affected by the issues you had with your site.

Try this – download (from here) a new copy of the plugin and then log into the site over FTP to extract and replace the plugin files. That should replace any files that might be missing.

Let me know if that works. If it doesn’t – are you able to enable support and send me a request with additional information through there?

    Thanks,
    Kat

    Hi Kat

Thank you so much for your assistance. The problem resolved itself when the company hosting moved the site from one server to another. All is working now.

    Many thanks
