Specific Services Booking site

Hi all
I am looking for my new project some technical solutions whatever the price
I would prefer to develop it on wordpress with dedicated theme and plugins

My requirements are as follows :
– the site shall allow professionnal to register and to fill their avalabilities and location
– the site shall allow customers to registrt and to fill their location
– the site shall allow customer to book a service provided by the professionnal on a precise timeslot of a given day, WITHOUT choising the professionnal (this is not a typical marketplace)
– the site shall select the relevant professionnal according to their availabiliies and their location (with radius consideration)
– the site shall request the selected professionals for an appointment and wait for the first validation which unlocks the paiment from the customer to the professionnal.
– the site shall integrate a commission system.

Do you think it is possible to do such things with wordpress?
What kinds of plugins+theme can do the job?
