Remove Contact Info fields created by WordPress SEO plugin

    I have my own extended profile fields for the users.
    I want to remove the “Contact Info” fields created by WordPress SEO plugin; as these fields will be duplicate & users will be confused.

    Also, wanted to remove the “Yoast SEO settings” in the User profile setting page.
