TinyMCE3 Problem

I’m using TinyMCE3 and for some reason the Kitchen Sink button is not working right. Instead of showing the buttons that come after in a third etc. bar when you click on it, and hiding them when you click on it again, the buttons in question are shown on the second bar, which extends off to the right off the page. Screws with formatting something awful. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Update: Did something that fixed the original problem, now the problem is button bar two does not display. Bars one, three, and (when there are buttons on it) 4 all display quite nicely, but button bar #2 does not.
