Templatedia Support Question: adding breaks

Is there a way to include breaks within the plug-in call?

For example, I have a template call like {{postsidebar|some lines of content goes here.}}

The content in this call may run to a few paragraphs.

How can I include breaks in this call using some sort of code?

I tried setting up a new line template {{nl}} but I cannot call a second template with the first.

Any ideas?
