HTTP not redirecting to HTTPS, some links breaking

Hi everyone,
I’ve installed this plugin and while it works correctly if I navigate *directly* to https://emailforstartups.com/get, it doesn’t redirect to https from the http version of that URL.
In the “URL Filters” box, I’ve left it empty because when I tried to input specific URLs (for example “/get” as cited in the previous paragraph), it does this funny redirect thing that takes the visitor to https://emailforstartups.com/~susanfsu/emailforstartups/get/ — which isn’t a page, therefore returns a 404 error.
Can anyone help me to understand how I get force the HTTPS redirect on all pages without having to input specific pages into the URL Filters box (as that seems not to work)?
