I upgraded to the latest version in wp itself. Now I get the following message:
“DW Question Answer needs to upgrade the database, click here to start the upgrade.”

If I click the link I get a not permitted error.

Hi steros,
Is your wordpress account have administrator role ? If yes can you go to https://www.designwall.com/question/ and submit a PRIVATE question which included your site link and give me an admin account for further checking.

Yep it is an admin account. And I can’t give you any access to the page, sorry.

Hi,

In my case, when I click the link nothing happen.
I weight 10 – 15 minutes and tried several times. Can you please tell me how to solve this.
