Thanks for your report. At the moment disabling the screenshot step isn’t possible, but we’re working on that. Can you share the URL of your website so I can try to get it to work?
The emails are sent to the email specified in Settings -> General using standard WordPress functionality. If you haven’t received an email, that usually means you don’t get other WordPress emails either.
You can test that with plugins like Email Log though.

I just saw that you indeed sent an email to my personal account. For support questions regarding our plugins from required+, please only use the support forums here or write us at support (at) required (dot) ch. I rarely check my personal inbox.
I recommend you to try disabling other plugins and switch themes to see what’s probably causing the bug. If that doesn’t work out, I need a demo site with the plugin active to see what’s going on.
