Hi – love the plugin – it has been working absolutely perfectly until today. I was able to backup to google drive and then download db and plugin backups to my computer, but when i tried other, themes & uploads it started giving me the following error message:

This webpage is not available

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Not sure what to do.

Hi,

Are you able to access everything else on the site with no issue?
Are you able to download the files if you are using a different browser?

Hi,

If downloading from the UD dashboard doesn’t work directly, then possibly it takes longer to download than the webserver’s administrator has configured it to allow open connections for.

As an alternative, if the backups are stored directly on your webserver, you should use FTP to get it from wp-content/updraft. Or, if it’s stored on Dropbox, go to http://www.dropbox.com… or if on Google Drive, to drive.google.com … etc.

Yes – I am able to access everything else on the site – everything else appears to be working fine.

I tried on firefox & got:

File not found

Firefox can’t find the file at http://dtcdancecentral.com/DTCTest/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_wpnonce=cf491f3626&timestamp=1444657759&type=uploads&stage=2&findex=0&action=updraft_download_backup.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

I was able to get to them and get them saved to my computer from Safari.
